Where and how can I pay for the ordered products?
You can settle the order amount through the following methods:
Cash payment to the courier: You may pay in cash upon delivery. The maximum amount the courier can accept in cash is USD 1,500.
Online bank card payment via major US banks.
Advance bank transfer.
You can choose your preferred payment method at the time of placing your order.
If a technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed on the website, we will not be able to accept the order. In such cases, we will contact the customer by phone.
Delivery time, method, and cost
Orders are delivered to your home address within the United States, specifically Washington, DC area, as provided at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders regardless of order value or payment method.
Delivery time for in-stock products is typically 1–5 business days.
How will my ordered items be delivered?
Standard Home Delivery: Products will be delivered to the provided address by USPS, FedEx, or UPS courier services.
What time will the courier arrive?
The courier delivers packages on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule exact delivery times in advance. Please provide an address where someone is available during the day (for example: your workplace or a relative’s home).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order on time?

What if the size or color of the ordered item is incorrect?
If the size of the delivered product is not suitable, or you would prefer a different color or model, you may request an exchange.
Exchanges:
If the delivered product is not suitable for any reason and the buyer requests an exchange, both the return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the original order.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to exchange shipments. If the customer cancels an order that initially qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
We only accept returns of products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Our staff will inspect returned goods for completeness (product integrity, packaging, hanger if applicable). If the product has been used or cannot be returned in its original condition, we cannot accept the return.
If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please report it immediately to the courier, who must issue a damage report. Without this report, we are unable to accept any claims for shipping damage.
Can I ship my order to an international address?
Our online store currently only delivers within the United States, specifically the Washington, DC area.
I’m unsure about sizing and prefer to shop in person. Do you have a store?
