Withdrawal and Returns

We are happy if you are satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer the possibility to return or exchange the product(s). Below you will find detailed information regarding your right of withdrawal and the return process.

1. How can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. If you ordered multiple items at once, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the last item.

• Fill out the withdrawal statement or return form. You can download and print the form here.

• Carefully pack the product(s) you wish to return and include the completed form in the package.

2. How can I return the product(s)?
You may return your items using the following option:

• Return by courier: Choose the courier service most convenient for you and send the product to the address provided. Please note that the return shipping cost is always the responsibility of the customer.

3. Is exchange possible?
Yes, we offer the possibility of exchanging items. The quickest way to exchange is in-store, where you can immediately choose the correct size or a different product. If you cannot visit us in person, please notify us by email about your exchange request and we will assist you with the next steps.

4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer. This includes courier service fees and any other related charges. We recommend checking the shipping cost with your selected courier before returning the product.

5. Important information about returns

• We only accept returned products in original, undamaged condition, with all labels attached.

• Please return products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• If the product has been used or is damaged, we reserve the right to reject the cancellation request.
